As a Deckhand/Sailor and Marine Oiler, you’ll:
- Operate and maintain equipment and gear on your vessel as directed by the captain, mate or pilot
- Stand watch
- Look for obstructions in the path of your vessel
- Handle pumps, hoses, mooring cables, winches and hoists
